 Sorry for not looking into this for a while.

 I recently confirmed that the local patches in MacPorts have been removed,
 and DOSBox-X can now be built successfully on macOS 10.12 (Sierra).

 On the otherhand, it also appears that the local patches added in DOSBox-X
 were conflicting with MacPorts' LegacySupport. I addressed this conflict
 in the following PR:

 https://github.com/joncampbell123/dosbox-x/pull/6473

 I'm hoping that the commit above will enable building and provide packages
 for macOS <= 10.11 as well.
