 I don't immediately agree with that assessment. There has been quite some
 tickets about the {{{Metal}}} toolchain not being installed correctly on
 the buildbots, so the issue could certainly be the same. Additionally, it
 builds fine for me locally on macOS Tahoe x86_64; so unless it's an arm
 specific problem causing it not to build for you locally it is not a
 Portfile issue.
