 The arm64 zstd executable bundled with the MacPorts julia port has an
 invalid code signature and is immediately terminated by macOS.

 Executing:


 {{{
    codesign --verify --strict --verbose=4 /opt/local/libexec/julia/zstd
 }}}


 leads to:


 {{{
    /opt/local/libexec/julia/zstd: invalid signature (code or signature
 have been modified)
    In architecture: arm64
 }}}


 This prevents Julia's package manager from decompressing registry
 archives.
 For example, Pkg reports the following warning and error message when
 trying to install IJulia:
