 ladybug vendors 27 libraries under `third_party/`, nine of which duplicate
 existing ports. This ticket tracks replacing them, as offered in
 https://github.com/macports/macports-
 ports/pull/34590#issuecomment-5616961336.

 Done locally against 0.20.4, not yet submitted:
  * brotli, lz4, zstd: linked from the ports; Parquet read/write passes for
 each codec.
  * yyjson: linked from the port, which installs only a static library.

 Remaining, each wrapped in a ladybug namespace in the vendored copy:
  * mbedtls, re2, snappy, thrift, utf8proc

 A single PR will follow once these are done. FreeBSD already unbundles
 brotli, lz4, yyjson and zstd: https://github.com/freebsd/freebsd-
 ports/tree/bab4634b98f5f70cf880e425f999ebe387bd5636/databases/ladybug
