mod_fcgid 2.0 does not install (make fails)

Hi,

I'm having trouble getting the new mod_fcgid 2.0 to install (see
details below)... apache2 at 2.2.3_2 is installed and working fine,
MacPorts is at 1.320 and up to date. No problems with the previous
version, mod_fcgid 1.09.

Any hints are greatly appreciated. -- Thank you!
