Can't Self Update

No, you shouldn't have to do this at all. rsync.macports.org resolves  
in dns to exactly the same machine as rsync.darwinports.org. In fact,  
I'd rather people _not_ make this change. If/when we do update the  
software to use a differently location, we might auto-update  
rsync.darwinports.org to somewhere else. We haven't (until your  
message) even announced anything about the rsync.macports.org host,  
which is simply there because those two domains actually share the  
same zone file ;)
