Installing fetchmail

Hi Aurélien,

I've pushed a new Portfile. The variants are now +ssl and 
+fetchmailconf. The default variants include both of them.
Should you want to temporarily (while the bug on py-tkinter is still 
unresolved) use fetchmail without fetchmailconf, you can install it with 
something like:
     port install fetchmail -fetchmailconf

As for the py-tkinter bug, I have no idea. You should assign the bug to 
the corresponding maintainer.
