plist and wrapper for fetchmail, spamd and courier-auth

Hello.
I'm using fetchmail, spamassassin and courier-imap to retreive my mails.
There is no plist nor wrapper for fetchmail, so I wrote the two
attached files for fetchmail.

The wrapper uses daemondo.
There is no plist for spamd, it's indeed simple, so here it is

And I modify the courier-imap wrapper to launch courier-auth which is
mandatory to connect to the imap daemon.
