pgAdmin3 won't install

As the subject says, I'm having trouble installing pgAdmin3 version  
1.4.3. Attached is the installation log obtained using command "port - 
v -d install pgadmin3". My system: MacBook (Intel), Mac OS X 10.4.8,  
MacPorts 1.320.

As the log below shows, the error happens in extraction phase. The  
directory pgsql8 is missing from /opt/local/lib, but postgresql81 is  
there. After making symbolic links from postgresql81 to pgsql8 in / 
opt/local/lib and /opt/local/include (they both had postgreql81  
directories), the following error is reported:

Is this a bug or am I doing something wrong? And if this is a bug, is  
it related to pgAdmin3 or postgresql81?
