Yeah, I do. But first I'd like to fully understand the reasons behind  
all the patch files. Most of them seem to provide 'vendor' and  
'vendorarch' directories support (for which I would also love to have  
a rationale :)) and there's this patch to the 'set_arg0' function in  
ruby.c which is probably a fix for the known irb bug [1] which might  
have been fixed in 1.8.5, or not... :)
