zlib port missing?

Hi,

I've just installed macport 1.4. When I try to install Apache 2 port  
I get the following message:

	Error: Dependency 'zlib' not found.
	Error: Status 1 encountered during processing.

Then I try to install zlib and I get the message:
	
	Error: Port zlib not found

What can I do else?

I'm on a MacBook pro intel with Mac OS X 10.4.9.
