problem installing bugzilla - p5-perlmagick

I just found a similar bug in the bug tracking system. Bug #12071:
http://trac.macports.org/projects/macports/ticket/12071

However, the last time it was modified was 2 months ago. How long  
does it typically take for a bug like this to be fixed?
