libsdl-framework and his friends are going to not anymore require the  
10.3.9 SDK on Tiger.
Following what is said inside the SDL xcode project, they set the  
SDKROOT_ppc to 10.2 to increase back-compatibility
but SDL do build with 10.3 or 10.4 SDK on ppc.
