request port: intel threading building blocks

Intel recently released their threading building blocks
for several platforms including OS X:

It's just libraries and binaries (and the binaries are
just set-env-variables). I don't have any port-writing
expertise but hope someone might consider writing a port
for this and adding it to macports?
