mysql5 server (user account)

Ryan,

I see your logic but I also wouldn't put it past Apple to change something
(for whatever reason they may come up with in-house). I just thought it
might be prudent to parallel the PostgreSQL MacPorts which also create their
own user accounts to keep things separate from what Apple might do with its
sole control.

The other thing that concerns me is that the Apple-supplied MySQL user
("mysql") is initialized with a crypt password. Crypt should really be
deprecated into the rear view mirror and replaced with MD5 true? Anyway,
just some food for thought.
