atk checksum error installing deluge

Unable to reproduce. You presumably just got a bad or interrupted  
download.

Please make sure you have the latest MacPorts and ports tree:

$ sudo port selfupdate

Then clean your atk and try again:

$ sudo port clean --all atk
$ sudo port install atk
