mplayer OSD support

I don't use mplayer, but it isn't explicitly enabled it looks like.  You
could try adding
--enable-menu

to configure.args section of Portfile.  If it works it could be added as
an option (variant) to the port, or on by default if that makes sense.  I
don't know.
