how to install libsamplerate

Hello Boey,

Everything seems to be working now :)
Thanks again for putting up this port.
In the end, just a newbie question but I would like to know that how a port
is being made as I would really like to do that in future.
If you have any reference material or link, I will really appreciate it if
you can tell me about it.
