pdftk/gcc41 build error on 10.4.8 Intel

Hi,

Has anyone been able to build pdftk on the above configuration? I am  
getting this error on building gcc41:

--->  Applying patches to gcc41
Error: Target com.apple.patch returned: couldn't change working  
directory to "/opt/local/var/db/dports/build/ 
_opt_local_var_db_dports_sources_rsync.rsync.darwinports.org_dpupdate_dp 
orts_lang_gcc41/work/build": no such file or directory
Error: The following dependencies failed to build: gcc41
Error: Status 1 encountered during processing.
