My university's brain-dead installation of Squid, for a start.  It's  
probably not that the software used is not being capable of  
supporting the the WebDAV/DeltaV extensions to HTTP/1.1 that  
Subversion uses, but rather that a given installation might have such  
support restricted or disabled.
