Macports on Xserve OSX server

I'm guessing your problem something simple, like you forgot to install
X11 before installing Xcode. Be sure X11 is installed (look for
/Applications/Utilities/X11.app) and once installed then go back to
Xcode and install Xcode Tools > X11 option.
