Error upgrading sqllite3

This is this trac issue:

   http://trac.macosforge.org/projects/macports/ticket/12790

The issue is that the sqlite3 build is picking up headers from the  
previous sqlite3 install. A workaround for me was to force a sqlite3  
uninstall, and then build and install it.
