avahi plist files?

I got this error when I ran port upgrade:

Warning: Uninstall forced.
Proceeding despite dependencies.
--->  Deactivating avahi 0.6.17_1
--->  Uninstalling avahi 0.6.17_1
--->  Installing avahi 0.6.17_2
--->  Activating avahi 0.6.17_2
Error: Target org.macports.activate returned: no such file or directory

The port shows as active, but the plist files seem to be missing.

org.macports.apache2.plist  org.macports.mysql5.plist

I deactivated and reactivated to see if I could get them where they  
need to go. They seem to end up in destroot OK . . .
