installing error: xorg-proto

That port is supposed to do nothing but trigger dependencies.

fetch           { }
checksum        { }
configure       { }
build           { }
destroot        { }
activate        { }

Is there another stage that needs to be eliminated?  I'm not familiar with
ports like this.
