hdf5 1.6.6_0

Hi,

I got the  error message below  while upgrading hdf5 with "port upgrade outdated". 

This upgrading is not urgent for me,  but I would like to know how to fix it for curious
because I never had a similar problem before with "port upgrade outdated" command for regularly use.
