Port Sync via Daily Tarball

I added support for fetching the daily snapshot tarball directly with 
'port sync' in trunk in r35647/r35648.

If you are using trunk, just add the following line to your sources.conf 
instead of rsync:

http://macports.org/files/ports.tar.gz
