upgrade outdated example

port outdated

in theory the upgrade process is:

port upgrade outdated
or
port -u upgrade outdated (uninstall old versions)


But I have a lot of stuff that I couldn't release.
So I did a number of them as port -f uninstall...

But that just sounds like I'm waiting to break something doing this.
