ProFTPD not up to date and won't install with +mysql4

Maybe there was a temporary network issue. I was able to fetch  
mysql-4.1.22.tar.gz successfully from the first mirror.

It looks like the proftpd port only depends on the mysql4 port if you  
select proftpd's +mysql4 variant. If you don't want mysql4 support in  
proftpd, don't select its +mysql4 variant.

If you're saying you want mysql5 support instead of mysql4 support,  
you should file an enhancement request ticket against proftpd and  
assign (or Cc) it to the maintainer of the proftpd port. "port info  
proftpd" tells you who that is.

You should file a separate port update ticket to request that the  
port be updated to the current version.
