Tcl/Tk bizarre errors

[Watson Ladd]

When I attempt to upgrade Tk I get the following error message:
/opt/local/include/tk.h:23:3 Tk 8.4 must be compiled with tcl.h from Tcl 8.4

The bizarre thing is that I am building tk 8.5.2 against tcl 8.5.2
Any hints on how to proceed?
