Unable to Install py-gtk2

gtk-doc depends on docbook-xml-4.1.2. Is docbook-xml-4.1.2 installed  
and active? If so, try rebuilding it:

sudo port -ncuf upgrade docbook-xml-4.1.2

Then try installing gtk-doc again. Do you get the same error?
