You have an old (PowerPC) version of libjpeg in /usr/local/lib.  
Remove it, clean the affected port (sudo port clean --work glib2),  
then try again.

Stuff in /usr/local/lib often interferes with things MacPorts wants  
to install. I recommend you remove everything in /usr/local/lib.
