ntop fails to build

Ah, our favorite "unable to infer tagged configuration" error again.  
I guess we haven't solved the whole problem then. See these tickets  
for how we thought we had solved it before:

Please file a ticket for this problem and assign it to the maintainer  
of ntop (markd).
