Problem selfupdate

hi everybody, i need help. i installed Macports 1.5 on a ibook G4  
with mac os x 10.4.11 and i got Xcode 2.5 but when i try to install  
something (with Porticus) i get:

Error: Unable to open port: Could not find Portfile in /opt/local/var/ 
macports/sources/rsync.macports.org/release/ports/x11/XFree86


What should i do?
