p5-text-csv_xs install

Hello,

I'm trying to install p5-text-csv_xs via mac port, but it can't seem to find
the tgz:

dev02lt:~/ > sudo port install p5-text-csv_xs

If I let it finish, it'll just say it can't find the sources.

I looked in the macports issue tracking system, but didn't see anything that
looked relevant.  And I searched this list but didn't find anything either.

Any ideas?
