[macports] Building in a jail?

There are only a few files outside /opt/local. Namely startupitems, Tcl 
libraries and the new stuff in /etc/manpaths.d/ (Leopard only). When 
installing from source you can even tell macports to use a different 
library path for Tcl, but it is normally not needed.
