Ok, GraphicsMagick 1.2.3 is now in the repository. Wait 12 hours,  
then "sudo port selfupdate" to get the new port definition, then  
"sudo port install GraphicsMagick" (or if you already had an earlier  
version installed, "sudo port upgrade GraphicsMagick").
