id3v2 fails to build

I received the same error (Intel, Leopard) when attempting to build  
id3v2.

I simply repeated the port command
	sudo port install id3v2
and it appears to have installed properly.

This sequence

	sudo port install id3lib
	sudo port install id3v2

does not give the error. My assumption is that the implicit  
(dependency) install of id3lib isn't quite complete when id3v2 tries  
to build.
