ncursesw doesn't like to (re)activate

Hi,

I wanted to upgrade the ncursesw port on my Xserve so I first did a quick
test like this:

$ sudo port activate ncursesw
--->  Activating ncursesw
Error: port activate failed: Image error: /opt/local/share/terminfo/2/2621a
already exists and does not belong to a registered port.  Unable to activate
port ncursesw.

Is there a workaround for this problem so that I can upgrade (which includes
port activation)?
