Trouble upgrading gnucash 2.2.4 to 2.2.5

Ugly, but effective ;-) Your workaround shouldn't be detrimental on OS  
X, because that particular function is only used as an old Solaris  
workaround I think, but I'll ask the gnucash devs to see what they  
think is the best solution.
