unable to upgrade wine

You've run into ticket 15461, which is an incompatibility between  
OpenSSL 0.9.8h and wine:

<http://trac.macports.org/ticket/15461>

I think at this point the only way to deal with it is to use OpenSSL  
0.9.8g until wine is updated to deal with it.
