We might want to start looking from r27675 onward; I believe this was
the last security patch applied to main.

Apply patch for oCERT #2008-013 / CVE-2008-3827

With HEAD at r27970, it (hopefully) shouldn't take us long to find the
right revision to roll the distfile from.
