mkvtoolnix dependency failure

When I issue the following command to install mkvtoolnix "port -v
install mktoolnix +wxwidgets +flac" I get the following error:

I have tried to manually download libebml and libmatroska and I fail
because the following links do not work:

My system specs are:
PowerPC G5 Dual
Xcode 3.1.1
MacPorts 1.6.0 (Binary install)
