nothing found to load

This is what I have done that worked.

sudo launchctl load -w /Library/LaunchDaemons/org.freedesktop.dbus- 
system.plist
sudo launchctl load -w /Library/LaunchAgents/org.freedesktop.dbus- 
session.plist

Did you use sudo?  Did you load the Daemon first?  I think order  
matters.
