Get "configure: error: Broken X11 install" when selfupdate

This would mean removing the notion of +system_x11 as well? I  
wouldn't mind that.

We currently have 297 occurrences of "x11prefix" in 153 ports, so  
there is some port cleanup to do before x11prefix can be excised from  
MacPorts base.
