You added yourself, you should be able to remove yourself, with the  
link at the bottom of all emails http://lists.macosforge.org/mailman/listinfo.cgi/macports-users

Enter in that email, and password, and unsub via the instructions.  Is  
there a technical reason you can not do this that should be passed on  
to the list manager?
