ZendFramework causing MySQL to "upgrade"?

I am unable to reproduce this behaviour. It would not try to upgrade
mysql5-devel (since the port doesn't depend on it, it just depends on a
file that could come from anywhere), but neither would it try to install
mysql5 unless something has an unsatisfied dependency on it.
