error installing nspr

Yep, xcode was the problem.  I think I may not even have had xcode
installed.  Anyway, I installed it now and the nspr install works fine.
Thanks for the heads up.

If you're wondering how I could not have xcode installed, I'm running on a
new machine now, where I copied over everything from my old machine.  It had
all my setting and applications, even macports applications, and everything
seemed to run fine.  Until now.  My guess is xcode didn't copy over in the
transition; I know I had it on the old machine.
