Install Zend Optimizer

Probably not.

What output in phpinfo() makes you think it's installed correctly?

What did you add to your php.ini to enable it?

How do you know that it's not working now?

I haven't tried to use Zend Optimizer before so I'm not sure what to  
look for here.
