They probably all are "good". You'll probably find that e.g. libqt. 
3.3.dylib, libqt.3.dylib and libqt.dylib are all the same library;  
some of these are symlinks pointing to the real file. This is fine and  
the usual way libraries appear for any program on Mac OS X (and  
similar to the way they appear on other UNIX-like OSes I think).

What are you trying to do with qt3? Perhaps you need to ask for help  
in a qt3 support venue, since this list is for specific issues related  
to the MacPorts installation of a port, but it sounds like you have  
successfully installed the qt3 port.
