NUT

Hi!
I installed NUT 
$ sudo port install nut
but after the configuration and I can not load any USB driver -

$ sudo usbhid-ups -u root -a CS_650
$ sudo: usbhid-ups: command not found

and upsmon command 
I get an error

$ sudo upsd
Network UPS Tools upsd 2.4.1
/opt/local/etc/upsd.conf is world readable
listening on localhost port 3493
Can't connect to UPS [CS_650] (usbhid-ups-CS_650): Connection refused
/opt/local/etc/upsd.users is world readable

Does  NUT's drivers for  UPS   installed? Where?
